Caretaker® SLEEPER is a product in the same vein as ​​our “Guardian”: designed to recover, build, and take care of our muscle mass, but this time while we rest. It boasts a reinforced formula of amino acids and extracts to enhance our rest and muscle recovery during sleep.
It keeps the same 10:1:1 ratio in the 5gr of BCAAs, while increasing the Kyowa Glutamine to 5g per serving in order to further preserve muscle gain and stimulate the release of growth hormone.To this, we add a Sleep Complex with 1.9mg of melatonin, 499mg of GABA, 125mg of 5-HTP, 100mg of chamomile extract, 60mg of passionflower extract, 50mg of theanine and 30mg of lavender extract.GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter amino acid with inhibitory capacity over the central nervous system. This means that the body uses GABA to reduce nervous activity in the brain, thus promoting optimal rest and providing a feeling of calm. Theanine enhances the effect and release of GABA, and together with glutamine, boosts the release of growth hormone while we sleep.5-HTP boosts the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter which plays a role in the regulation of mood, anxiety, appetite, and sleep.
